Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Promposer (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Unseen Pro, Ltd., a company registered in Bulgaria (Reg. ID / VAT: BG200627122), headquarters in Varna, Bulgaria (collectively, "Unseen Pro", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and access

  • One account per person. Each person must use a single account. Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or to evade limits is prohibited.
  • Concurrent devices. You may be signed in on multiple devices, but no more than two devices concurrently.
  • No fraudulent/multiple accounts. Creating or operating multiple accounts intentionally (including via bots or automation) to abuse free tiers, credits, or rate limits is prohibited. This clause targets intentional abuse and does not penalize users who have inadvertently created a prior registration and consolidate later.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
  • Contact our team via the reach-out page for any account issues. We do not provide support via email.

3. Service modes and content

Promposer supports two operating modes that affect how your prompts and evaluation data are handled:

  • CLOUD mode. Prompts, revisions, evaluations, and related data are stored on our servers.
  • PRIVACY mode. Prompts and evaluation data are stored only on your local machine. Our servers are used solely to process evaluations in real time; we do not store your prompt/evaluation content in this mode.

Sampling for service improvement. We may occasionally sample CLOUD-mode prompt data from FREE plan accounts to improve the Service. All such samples are anonymized prior to processing and are not linked to account holders. No sampling is ever performed on PRO or ENTERPRISE accounts. However, if you wish, you may explicitly provide content or samples to us for the sole purpose of service improvement.

4. Plans, credits, and API access

  • Plans. We offer FREE, PRO, and ENTERPRISE plans. Plan features are described on the pricing page.
  • Credits (top-up). You may purchase credits used for managed API access (pay-as-you-go). Credits are denominated in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Managed API access (pay-as-you-go). Evaluations can run using platform-hosted API keys; usage fees are deducted from your credit balance.
  • Bring your own keys. PRO and ENTERPRISE customers may use their own vendor API keys; we do not charge additional platform fees for such usage.

5. Billing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations

  • Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • 14-day refund window (EU right of withdrawal). You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase:
    • Top-up credits: refundable within 14 days only if unused (no portion of the credit has been consumed).
    • Subscriptions: refundable within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal. If you used the Service during that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the time/usage provided.
  • Cancellation timing. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Our termination refunds. If we suspend or terminate your access due to our enforcement of these Terms (see Section 9), we will refund any remaining, unused top-up balances and a pro-rata amount for the unused portion of your current subscription period.
  • Taxes and invoices. Prices may be exclusive of taxes and fees. We issue invoices/receipts as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or harm others.
  • No attempts to bypass protections, rate limits, or quotas; no scraping or automated account creation to evade limits.
  • No reverse engineering or interfering with the operation or security of the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party models and tools complies with those providers’ terms and export controls.

7. Your content and AI outputs

  • Your content. You retain ownership of your prompts, inputs, and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service (including operation, support, security, and compliance).
  • Outputs. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating fitness for your use and for appropriate human review.
  • Improvements. We may use aggregated, de-identified metrics to improve the Service. As stated above, we do not sample prompt content from PRO or ENTERPRISE accounts; any FREE-plan sampling is anonymized.

8. Changes, availability, and support

We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via the reach-out page.

9. Enforcement; suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or acceptable use. Where we exercise this right, we will refund any remaining unused top-up balances and a pro-rata amount for the unused portion of your current subscription period.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unseen Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service during that period.

11. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Unseen Pro from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Varna, Bulgaria shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer located in the EU, you retain any mandatory rights afforded by your local law.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
