This Privacy Policy explains how Unseen Pro, Ltd. ("Unseen Pro", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Promposer (the "Service"). Unseen Pro is registered in Bulgaria (Reg. ID / VAT: BG200627122), with headquarters in Varna, Bulgaria.
1. Information we process
- Account data. Name, authentication identifiers, and account settings necessary to provide the Service.
- Usage data. Log data, device and browser information, and interactions with the Service for security, reliability, and analytics.
- Content. Your prompts, revisions, evaluations, and outputs processed to provide the Service, depending on the mode you choose (see below).
2. Service modes and data storage
- CLOUD mode. Prompts, revisions, evaluations, and related content are stored on our servers so you can access them across devices.
- PRIVACY mode. Prompt and evaluation content is stored only on your local machine. Our servers act as a conduit to process evaluations in real time; we do not store your prompt/evaluation content in this mode.
Sampling for improvement. We may occasionally sample anonymized prompt data from CLOUD-mode FREE plan accounts to improve our models and Services. All samples are anonymized and de-identified prior to processing, removing links to account holders. We never sample prompt or evaluation content from PRO or ENTERPRISE accounts. However, if you wish, you may explicitly provide content or samples to us for the sole purpose of service improvement.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Operate features such as evaluations, managed API access, and account management.
- Ensure security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- Communicate about updates, security notices, and administrative messages.
4. Sharing
- Vendors and subprocessors. We share data with infrastructure, analytics, and payment providers to operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for billing). These parties process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
- Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
- We do not sell personal data.
5. Security
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your information and continually improve our practices. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure; use caution and keep your credentials safe.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. In PRIVACY mode, prompt/evaluation content is not stored on our servers.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can make requests via the reach-out page.
8. International transfers
Your information may be processed in and transferred to countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
